How to Organize Your Kitchen and Pantry

The kitchen is the place of the home where there is a lot of cutlery and appliances. All these things are necessary as every recipe require a different set of technique and tools to be made. It is very necessary to declutter your kitchen. All you need to do is to take a look around and see if there are items that need to be discarded or there is any way to manage them properly so that they do not mess up a kitchen. A pantry is a place that has all the stuff you want to cook over a time span. It needs to be planned as well so that you can save your time with it. Here we are presenting you with some tips that will help you to declutter your kitchen and pantry.

Hang pots:
Pots are necessary without which you cannot imagine any kitchen. Most of the pots are big and heavy. These require a lot of space to accommodate. Many of the people have a habit to collect a lot of pots which may not be in need. The best way to declutter your kitchen is to put the pots that are not necessary. Keep it simple with few pots that can cover all cooking. You will end up with few pots that are essential and can be accommodated easily. If you are still running out of space to store them, then one solution is that you can hang them. You can easily buy stands from the market or can make your pot stand. Make sure to hang them on a place that does not hinder your work and is accessible.
                                      
Organize cutlery on shelf:
Organization of cutlery is not an easy task. These are things that are used on a daily basis. Discarding every cutlery set is not possible. The best way for this is to organize the entire cutlery on the well-organized wall shelf. These shelves can be easily installed with the help of a little aid. You can organize all your necessary stuff on the shelf. This will increase space in your kitchen and also enhance the look of your kitchen.  This also wills you to access these items easily in time of need.
                                 
Organize pantry:
The pantry has a lot of stuff that is all necessary. Go to your pantry and sort out the things that you are using and which you are not using. Also look for the things that have expired and are to expire. Discard them immediately. Make a two-sided pantry where you can also organize item on the door. This will save your time to access them. The first thing you should do is to keep stuff in small items that can run for almost 15 days. It will be very hectic to full pantry with things for a couple of months. Do shopping for 15 days and then subsequent 15 days. This will prevent messing up your pantry. If you cannot follow this 15 day routine, then keep your item list short and buy only things that are necessary.
                             
Use baskets:
There is a lot of material in the kitchen that are utensils, appliances, food items. Go to the kitchen if all the things are in use or not. See if the appliances are functional or not. Remove all the stuff that has broken and out of order. Now you are left with all the stuff that you need. All these need to be properly organized. Categorize food according to their category that will allow you to organize them easily. You can take help from baskets. Take a number of baskets and label them with the things that you are placing in them. Now, put items according to each category. This will give an organized look to your kitchen and will save your time as well.
                                     
Cutlery management:
Cutlery is an essential part of a kitchen. They are small in size but produce a lot of annoyance in terms of management. You need to take a look at all the cutlery item and choose which can come in use. Discard the entire cutlery which has been broken, lost its luster and are not in use. Now manage the entire cutlery in an effective way. You do not need to go for anything to manage it. We are providing you a tip that is easy and will work in 2 ways.
